Sean Guillroy, former President of Shell Midstream US, joins Flacks Group as Chief Investment Officer, Energy, effective September 1, 2026.
Sean brings 22 years of experience at Shell and extensive leadership experience across the energy and infrastructure sectors. At Shell Midstream US, he led a 470+ member organization across 12 states and offshore operations, overseeing a complex and geographically diverse business.
Based in Flacks Group’s Houston office, Sean will lead the Group’s energy investment activities, working closely with leadership teams and portfolio companies globally to identify strategic opportunities, support portfolio development, and create long-term value.
His appointment further strengthens Flacks Group’s energy investment capabilities and supports the Group’s continued focus on identifying and developing strategic acquisition opportunities across the sector.
